    PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM HP

    I should have purchased directly from HP, I paid a technician to transfer my files, etc. from my old pc to this new one, from inception, every time I visit a video, especially YouTube, it buffers than locks, I have to shut down the pc, I had two separate HP technicians enter this pc remotely, over a period of 1 and 1/2 hrs. each, they could not solve the problem, one technician informed me my warranty ends 12/25, he said the pc sat on a shelf for many months, I purchased this pc Sept. 16, 2025, that means I only have 3 months warranty, furthermore, the keyboard is inferior, shift keys are difficult to reach, too low, the returns are not reachable comfortably, the mouse is finicky, you have to press many times in some cases for it to work and make sure you are pointing dead center on the item, SADLY, I cannot return this ensemble, I paid top dollar to have my files, etc. transferred to this machine, I would have to remove everything on this machine to another new machine, incredible additional costs, out of the question, not worth considering, I was so excited to receive a NEW machine, keyboard and mouse, I am terribly disappointed.
