    Product without guarantee in UAE market

    I bought that product and suddenly stopped to work , went to Lenovo repair as still under warranty but they inform me they can not repair as seller only authorized to sell in India , Amazon accept refund but with very slow process more than one month , not yet receive refund till now which affect my work , not recommending to buy it

    What “Open Box”?? 1 year warranty already expired

    They say open box but These have been violated. With a powerful CPU and 16 GB RAM 200 tabs should be a walk in the park, however, with 2 chrome windows open with 20 tabs each, 99% of the memory is gone and the laptop become a DX66 computer. I know it depends on what is open in those tabs but none of them has any videos playing nor even music. I am starting to believe that some part-replacing-scheme has been executed there.This Laptop is heading back to its creators.

    استلمت هذا اللابتوب (Lenovo V15) للتو، لكن عند مراجعة العلبة لاحظت أنها فتحت من قبل. الفاتورة مثبتة داخل الصندوق، الأمر الذي لا يحدث عادة مع جهاز جديد.كذلك، الضمان لمدة 12 شهرًا بدا وكأنه بدأ منذ شهر تقريبًا، وليس من تاريخ الشراء، ما يوحي بأن الجهاز قد استُخدم من قبل – رغم أن أوليّاته تشير إلى أنه جديد.الفحص عبر موقع Lenovo باستخدام الرقم التسلسلي كشف أن بداية الضمان كانت في يونيو 2024، وهو نفس وقت الشراء الظاهر في العلبة، ولكن بما أنه مضى عليه شهر، فالضمان المتبقي الآن حوالي 11 شهرًا فقط — ما يناقض وعود الضمان الكامل الطازج.الأهم: هذا الجهاز إصدار خاص بـ الهند (India SKU)، في حين أنني أحتاج إصدار الإمارات (UAE SKU). ذلك يضاعف المخاوف حول دعم الضمان وصيانته محليًا.

    So many issues with the software updates. Totally disappointing and returning this laptopHow can a brand new laptop can pop up windows defender found a threat notification and the software doesn’t update shows repeatedly error.

    Charger caught fire while charging. Extremely poort quality. Just 3 months into the purchase. Disappointed. Not recommended.
