    3 months later the screen has some black patches in the upper right hand corner.Its surprisung buying thru amazon hp lap top can have this problem

    Description not matching with the product

    I purchased the HP 250 G10 laptop based on the product description, which mentioned a backlit keyboard. However, after receiving it, I realized that the keyboard does not have a backlight. This was a major disappointment, as backlighting is essential for my work in low-light conditions. The laptop itself performs well, but the incorrect description misled me.
