Product Faulty
Bought this laptop from Amazon but after a month it stopped charging, so laptop is now unusable. I tried alternate charger of same specs and brand but wouldn’t work. Needed an invoice to repair this laptop under warranty but Amazon told me that Seller is no longer available. Amazon is not providing the invoice and not even responding to my messages. This is really bad! If Seller of this product left Amazon, why I am being punished. Hope to get some response or remedy to this issue from Amazon.

Super laptop
So i have been using it for the past few days and wow am amazed by the performance and graphics of this laptop it comes with the pen and the battery life is really good 4 days I didn’t have to charge it and i still had 47% as a university student with back to back classes from 8 till 2 with taking notes and going through slides , presentations, emails, web browsing writing assignments it lasted very well I would recommend this laptop its worth it.

Buena relación calidad-precio
El producto me llegó en tiempo y forma. Siendo un pedido desde México no hubo problema con la llegada del producto, sólo tomar en cuenta el impuesto de importación. Llegó en perfecto estado, tiene una memoria RAM de 16GB. Es muy práctica y útil para trabajo de oficina además de que la pantalla tiene muy buena resolución para vídeo. Su diseño híbrido de tableta lo hace bastante novedoso y cómodo. El único pero que le pongo es la duración de la batería que va de 3 a 5 hrs dependiendo del uso de la laptop. Por lo demás, excelente producto 👍

Como siempre HP no decepciona con el diseño, es rapida y es lindo el estilo, lo que no me gusta es que la batería realmente no dura mucho tomando en cuenta que no la uso todo el día y si pesa un poco haciendo el uso modo tableta un poco dificil pero es algo que si leí en las reseñas, si pudiera la cambiaria por la de 13 pulgadas por el peso

La bisagra izquierda se rompió a los 5 meses, es un buen producto en cuanto a su funcionamiento, muy rápido y eficiente, sin embargo ya no la puedo utilizar porque no hay servicios para ese producto.

Returning
It’s going back because the fan is running really loud and hot and I think something may be wrong with this computer. Even as I’m doing the factory reset it’s making clicking and popping sounds. Disappointing for the high price tag and feels really cheap/plasticy. The main attraction of this computer over a $500 computer is that it can play games so this is marketed as a gaming computer, but I purchased Minecraft and it doesn’t even support that. There’s no reason for me to keep and I have a lower price point 2019 hp laptop that works much better. The only advantage to this computer is that it’s touch screen and convertible whereas my 2019 hp is not. I’m going to try a lower price point convertible hp laptop and if I have the same issues I’ll stick with the computer I have.

The bad quality of chassis

Excelente laptop y tablet. No he tenido ni un problema, es rapida, fue facil de instalar, es resistente (lo necesito asi porque me muevo mucho), muy buen sonido e imagen… quizás la plantalla es un poco demasiado brillante, pero nunca me impedido trabajar. Tiempos de entrega muy buenos. Me hubiera gustado una fatcura, pero al venir del extrangero no se pudo.

Good laptop
Liking the feel of the new laptop but setting it up is not intuitive. I have worked in IT for over 40 years and it was quite difficult to get everything right. One thing that probably hindered me was keeping my security software turned on. As passwords were hard to share. Interesting how much of window hasn’t changed in a long time.
