Buena para casa y oficina
Excelente equipo para tareas básicas de oficina y entretenimiento. No hay lag ni retrasos significativos en el arranque ni al ejecutar la mayoría del software.No la uso para juegos pero creo que podría soportar varias aplicaciones que no le exijan demasiado al motor gráfico. También creo que, con ciertas limitantes, puede correr programas como Illustrator o Photoshop. Tengo dudas sin embargo para paquetería de edición de video (a menos que sean versiones lite o antiguas).A nivel hardware la pantalla cumple el FHD. La carcasa es muy ligera e incluso se siente algo frágil. Los acabados son buenos al tacto. Los puertos son suficientes pero nada fuera de lo común. Lo que podría esperarse de una máquina para uso doméstico o de oficina administrativa.La recomiendo sobre todo por su precio.

Excelente funcionamiento y apariencia exterior
La laptop recibida es un producto que cumple con las expectativas en cuanto a velocidad, tamano, apariencia. No califique respecto al desempeno en juegos porque no le he instalado buenos juegos que requieren mucha demanda del procesador y ademas espacio, dado que la laptop cuenta con solo 256 GB, y prefiero usar ese espacio en documentos ya que la uso para mi trabajo.

came packed in original hp box, in an amazon box so well packed. fired up and began the personalization part of Install. As it is a gift, I did not want to enter too much info. Got to the Windows screen without hiccup. Everything looks good. Able to connect to my wifi. Battery charged up. Sound and touch pad working, My only surprise was that it was not a touch screen, but then it did not say it was, on the up side the screen should stay finger print free :–)

Probably a returned item because startup boot prompt said battery was too cold to work properly. Always worked after entering start anyway. Found newer version of BIOS on HP diagnostics. Updated and that eliminated problem. No problems since. Great buy for $200.

Rápida, silenciosa y ligera
Pues estaba buscando una computadora de oficina, portátil, estuve monitoriando precios y esta fue el mejor precio calidad que encontré, la compré a 12 meses sin intereses, la he usado dos veces, todo el día y funciona excelente, es rápida por su disco duro en estado solido! La calidad de los gráficos está muy aceptable, conecta rapidísimo a las redes 5g, bluetooth perfecto! Hasta ahora estoy muy contento con la compra.

Hate this computer.
Updated review: graphics have been washed out from day one. Keyboard keeps typing backwards from the cursor. who needs to type backwards??? What relevance does this feature have? Please, someone enlighten me. I’ve gone through all the settings numerous times with no change. It’s only been 6 months and the fan is already making strange noises. I went with HP because I’ve had a couple of their products before that went forever with no problems, but the problems are just to numerous to list here. HP Never again.

Garantía a punto de expirar a pesar de ser nuevo
¿Qué pasa? Acabo de comprar la laptop y en el sitio de HP me dice que ya casi expira la garantía porque la venta está registrada desde el año pasado. Justamente estoy comprando un equipo nuevo para tener garantía.
